Decorating a drum for me is a process full of intention connected to women's circles, significant celebrations, traditions, and messages of blessing. The handmade calligraphic writing gives meaning and an uplifting appearance. The mandalas and decorations on the drum give a quality dimension and allow the drum to be a design item with exciting meaning. The drums I paint on are handmade with stretched leather from different parts of the world and also on Miriam drums of various sizes. You can order custom-made drums with a verse or text you like combined with a mandala, or order from the drums on the site. The drums are painted with acrylic paints and calligraphic ink and are intended for hanging and decoration.
